Gotei 13 & Arrancar Army (Shinigami-Arrancar) Treaty

Due to the assassination of Fate and the attack on Shinigami by the Bounts, Quincy, and the superhumans of the Yokai. The captain commander himself arranged a meeting with La Primera. The two agreed that the two races will help each other out in the fight until the war is over. Thus a treaty between the Shinigami and Arrancar was created temporarily.

Shinigami cannot attack a hollow that is an Adjuchas race or higher, if they do the Arrancar have the right to defend him/herself

Arrancar may not attack Shinigami, if they do the Shinigami has the right to defend him/herself

Only Shinigami of a captains level may enter Hueco Mundo

Leiutenants can only enter the Hueco Mundo if accompanied by a Captain

Only the top 4 Espada and Diplomatic Espada appointed by the top 4 can enter the Soul Society

Fraccion may only enter the Soul Society with their Espada

No arguments/threats shall be thrown around, no fights need to start

Any Arrancar/Shinigami caught breaking any rules of the treaty will be punished by their leader

If a fight begins to break out between an Arrancar and a Shinigami, its up to any bystanders to notify a Leader so they may break up the fight before they kill each other

Shinigami or Arrancars who are Rogue and do not affiliate themselves with this treaty or their past partners aka Gotei 13 & Arrancar Army; are excluded by the protection or rights of these laws.
